What we will not do.

The list below is the contract our houses are entitled to expect of us. Read it as a promise.

  1. I.We will not list a house's prices in public.
  2. II.We will not discount, mark down, or run sales.
  3. III.We will not list goods on Amazon, eBay, or any third-party marketplace.
  4. IV.We will not allow product pages to be SEO-indexed.
  5. V.We will not match competitors' prices by any mechanism.
  6. VI.We will not buy stock without a wholesale agreement and a signed term-sheet.
  7. VII.We will not resell to other resellers.
  8. VIII.We will not run promotional codes, holiday sales, or email blasts that mention price.
  9. IX.We will not send goods in plastic mailers or unsigned packaging.
  10. X.We will not represent a house we have not personally visited or vetted.

In return

What we will do.

  1. We curate, by hand, every gift.
  2. We answer every brief within one business day.
  3. We hand-write every proposal.
  4. We seal every package by hand.
  5. We share quarterly sell-through with every partner house.
  6. We give each house a single point of contact, by name.
