Shipping and Returns.

What happens between approval and the doorstep, and the small print.

After approval

Once a proposal is approved, the concierge sends an invoice within one business day. Most orders ship within five to ten business days after payment.

Shipping cost is included in the proposal you approve. There is no separate checkout step on the site.

Methods

Standard ground arrives within five to seven business days inside the contiguous United States.

Expedited two- to three-day shipping is available on request. The fee is added to the proposal.

White-glove delivery (hand delivery, in-home setup) is offered in the NYC metro area on request.

Personalised or monogrammed items take an additional two to three production days.

International

Canada is quoted in the proposal at standard or expedited rates.

Other international destinations are available on request; the concierge will quote freight, duties, and taxes inside the proposal.

Returns

Returns are accepted within fourteen days of delivery for unused merchandise in original packaging. Reply to your concierge confirmation with the inquiry reference number to start a return; we send a prepaid label.

Refunds process to the original payment method within five to seven business days of our receiving the return.

Non-returnable

Opened or used beauty products. Personalised or monogrammed items. Date-sensitive Mishloach Manot orders. Final-sale items called out as such in the proposal.

Damaged items

Inspect the order within forty-eight hours of delivery. If anything arrived damaged, reply to your concierge confirmation with photos and the inquiry reference; we will reship or refund, whichever you prefer.
