Our Story
A concierge for the occasions that earn a gift.
This is a concierge gift service organised around Jewish holidays and lifecycle events, built for American Modern Orthodox, and affluent Conservative and Reform households. It is not a Judaica shop. We do not propose menorahs, mezuzahs, or kiddush cups. Those already have excellent purveyors.
What we propose instead is everything else. The linen for the Rosh Hashanah table. The brush for the Bat Mitzvah. The decanter for the wedding. The candle for the Friday night you are hosting. The blanket for the baby naming. Four categories, carefully narrowed:
- Tabletop. Linens, serveware, ceremonial pieces.
- Beauty. Personal care, fragrance, grooming.
- Home fragrance. Candles, diffusers, room scenting.
- Kids and baby. Heirloom-quality essentials for the youngest in the family.
Nothing is sold off the shelf. You brief us with the occasion, the recipient, and the budget; a person composes a hand-picked proposal and emails you a private link. You approve, request changes, or talk it through.
We work with observant families, less-observant families, and families who have been asked to host or gift for an observant household and are looking for guidance. The concierge works across categories and budgets, from weddings to bat mitzvahs to a hostess gift for the fourth Friday of the month.
What we care about
Curation over coverage.
Fewer pieces, chosen by people who have used them. The roster is curated and small on purpose. Forty houses, by invitation. If we do not know a piece intimately, we do not propose it.
Service to the occasion.
Every brief is read in the context of the occasion. A Bat Mitzvah is not a wedding; a Shabbat dinner is not a housewarming. The proposal reflects that.
Respect for the community.
We serve the Jewish community without pretending to be of it. We ask for guidance when we are unsure. We revise when we are wrong.
Objects that last.
Heirloom-tier pieces at the top end, reliable workhorses below. We do not propose disposable anything.
