FAQ

Common questions.

The process, inquiries, shipping, payment, events, and corporate gifting. If you don't see your question, write us.

How the concierge works

Why is there no shop?

Off-the-shelf gifting fights what we are good at. Briefing a concierge takes three minutes and produces a curated, occasion-led proposal that no catalog filter would surface.

How do I see prices?

In the proposal, not on the site. You name a budget tier in the brief; we return a hand-picked proposal with itemised pricing.

How long until I hear back?

A reply within one business day, a proposal within two.

Can I revise a proposal?

Yes. Each proposal page has a Request changes button. Tell us what to swap and we send a revision.

Inquiries

What does the brief ask for?

Occasion, deadline, budget tier, optional style hints, an optional note about the recipient, and where to write back.

Can I keep the recipient address private until later?

Yes. Address can wait until the proposal is approved.

Do you handle Mishloach Manot at scale?

Yes. Brief us at least two weeks before Purim. We confirm the halachic minimum on every basket and manage the recipient list.

Is there a minimum?

We work from $250 upward. For corporate gifting at scale, ask about volume terms in the note.

Shipping and delivery

How long does shipping take after approval?

Most orders ship within five to ten business days after payment. White-glove and rush options available on request.

Where do you ship?

All fifty states. Canada by request; shipping is quoted in the proposal.

Is shipping included?

Quoted in the proposal alongside any tax and white-glove fees.

Payment

How do I pay?

Once you approve a proposal, the concierge sends an invoice with payment terms within one business day. Pay by card or wire from the invoice link.

Are returns possible?

For undamaged items, within 14 days of delivery. Opened beauty, monogrammed, and time-sensitive Mishloach Manot orders are non-returnable.

Events and corporate gifting

I'm hosting a wedding, bar mitzvah, or other event.

Register the event in two minutes. You get a private link to share with guests, and a dashboard that tracks aggregate progress until the day. Start at /event/create.

I run a corporate gifting program.

Use the gift inquiry and choose Corporate gifting as the occasion. Volume terms are quoted inside the proposal.

General

Do you sell Judaica?

No. The roster is universal luxury goods, organised around Jewish occasions. For Judaica, we recommend established Judaica purveyors and museum shops.

Who can I write to with anything else?
