We collect information you provide directly through the gift inquiry brief, event registration, and contact form: name, email, phone, occasion, deadline, budget tier, style hints, free-text notes, and (after a proposal is approved) the recipient's shipping address.

We also collect minimal information automatically: device, browser, IP, and pages visited, via standard analytics tools.

We use your information to compose and deliver concierge proposals, send transactional email about your inquiry, prevent fraud, and improve the site.

We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the service (shipping carriers, the payment provider that issues your invoice, transactional email, analytics). We do not sell personal information.

You can request deletion of an inquiry record, ask for a copy of the personal information we hold, or correct anything inaccurate. Use the contact form at /contact.

We use minimal first-party cookies for session state and third-party cookies for analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser; the gift inquiry form will still work.
